The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our IT products and services. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the IT industry and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and digital marketing campaigns. Follow up on leads and convert them into profitable business deals.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and contracts. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable sales agreements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular updates to senior management and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development and sales within the IT industry, with a focus on IT products and solutions.
