Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Monitor and manage the company's social media accounts, engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp).
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, or other relevant areas.
