The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platform, driving sales growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze and report on e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize the user experience on the website, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic and sales.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, including payment gateways, logistics providers, and digital agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and implement relevant innovations.
- Ensure the e-commerce platform is secure, scalable, and performs optimally across all devices.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within a fast-growing company.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
- Proven experience in driving online sales and improving conversion rates.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
