Business Development Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving sales of our marketing services: Digital Media, Social Media, Media Planning & Buying, Technology services, CGI, 3D animation, and post-production services for a diverse clientele, including social media creators, feature film productions, and OTT content providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned sales quotas for all our service offering
  • Identify and qualify new leads through market research, attending industry events, and cold calling.
  • Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and project requirements. 
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring win-win outcomes.
  • Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, managing client expectations throughout the process.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative directors, animators, and post- production specialists, to ensure project delivery meets client expectations. 
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our services competitively. 
  • Track sales performance metrics and report on sales activities to the Business Head. 
  • Participate in developing and refining sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the media and entertainment industry or a related field (e.g., advertising, marketing).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Media, Creative, CGI, 3D animation, and post-production processes, including pipeline management and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Expertise in proposal writing and contract negotiation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • A passion for the creative industry and a keen eye for detail.
